Supporting Returning Professionals through the ReEntry Program

Experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break and have been for at least two years, are invited to apply to the JPMorgan Chase’s ReEntry Program.

Applications close on January 31, 2024.

Two previous ReEntry Program participants share their experience:

“The JPMorgan Chase ReEntry Program helped me rediscover myself. I returned to the corporate world after 10+ years. This opportunity came at a time when I was at crossroads in life. Since joining the program, I’ve been exposed to [a] wide variety of tools. There was and is so much of support and Involvement in this journey by the HR teams, who helped ReEntry fellows learn JPMorgan Chase systems, processes, and the company as a whole. This framework of support helped give me self confidence at every step of the program.”

Seema Hublikar, Associate, Digital & Platform Services, Corporate & Investment Bank (India)

“Re-entering the workforce after having been home with my family for several years was a big personal and family decision, and I began the process with a lot of uncertainty. What is amazing about the JPMorgan Chase ReEntry Program is the support I received: from the Program, my ReEntry Fellows, my Mentor, my ReEntry Alumni Buddy, senior management, and others within the firm. It made the transition much more comfortable, and I felt the Program was widely supported from the top. Throughout the Program, I really enjoyed the workshops which helped in the acclimation process, both to the bank and personally.”
