I’m thinking about re-joining, but want to explore a new line of business/group/function. How do I learn more about my options?

We encourage you to visit the JPMorganChase careers website to learn more about the lines of business, specific career areas and global office locations. You can also join the JPMorganChase Talent Community to receive information about careers and related opportunities.

Yes. When you apply for a role, you are recorded in the system as a former employee. Remember to note your prior JPMorganChase work experience on your resume, and update your careers website candidate profile.

Who do I contact for benefits or employment related records?

Please contact the Ask JPMC team in your region. You can also visit the Former Employee HR Support Portal here and submit a ticket if needed.
