Accessing HR Documents and Employment Information
Please note, Alumni Network members cannot access personal workplace and HR-related information through the Alumni Network website.
Access to JPMC workplace platforms requires your standard ID (SID). If you do not remember your SID, you may be asked to verify your identity with other information (e.g., date of birth, social security number, or national ID).

Former Employee Portal
Use the Former Employee Portal for employment-related inquiries, including:
- Viewing pay statements and tax forms
- Updating personal and contact information
- Creating HR cases
- Accessing key contacts for the Self-Service/Portal team

You can access the Former Employee Portal if you meet any of the following criteria:
- Left the firm after January 1, 2015
- Have a deferred vested final pay benefit
- Have a deferred vested cash plan benefit
- Are receiving a monthly pension benefit (in-payment status)
- Received a lump sum pension payout in the last two years
- Have an active Provident Retirement Fund (India)
